Here's what I have come to know....

GODDESS... is a frequency.

It’s the highest expression of yourself.

It’s standing in your power as the creator of your reality.

It’s letting go of all that you are not.

It’s embracing the divine feminine…

It’s learning how to hold yourself.

It’s not just falling in love with yourself…

But a choice to be in deep loving devotion to you...

To create your future self + your future reality.

To now show up for you,
the way you've shown up for the rest of the world.

It's your time. beautiful soul.

Time to awaken + honor that something inside of you....

That part of you that's been calling you to expand, awaken + thrive.

I have worked with some pretty amazing women over the years.

And here's what I have come to know.

And to put it mildly... we've been misinformed.

Taught to put others before ourselves... and at the expense of ourselves.

Taught to keep the peace,
versus create inner peace.

Taught to be "GOOD".... and in the same breath taught we will never be good enough.

Taught to stay small, (God forbid you make someone uncomfortable with your brilliant light or streaming wealth for that matter).

Taught that -- deservingness is something you earn versus your birthright.

That worth is deemed by a heavy-unforgiving-unattainable-ever expanding and yes...invisible checklist.

That loving yourself is SELFISH.

And most certainly, creating the life you want to live, the one you dream about so much, isn't possible.

Me?

I earned a Phd in Unworth by the time I was 14 years old.

(And then I decided to tear that plaque off the wall of my life, and happily burn it. Because there was more to me than I knew, and more to creating this life than I had learned. ) 🔥

With that said... you are not alone if you've:
